The waist, cuffs and collar are double thickness rib in plain cream. Vintage sheer Micromesh nylons from the Vicki range by Vayle of Scotland circa 1960s. The original packaging has an image of a woman (who is really happy to have her stockings!) on the front and the Vayle logo on the back. These Bri-Nylon vintage stockings have a reinforced toe, the knit is sheer in light shade of nude beige called Lamplight. There is no heel reinforcement so these stockings are ideal for wearing with slingbacks or close-toed sandals.

The original packaging has an image of a gingham glad girl eating an apple on the front and the top hat wearing teddy bear Bear Brand logo on the back. These vintage stockings have a reinforced heel, top and toe and no seam. The knit is a very very fine in shade of beige called Toffee Apple.

Good condition. Shoulder padding a little misshapen (easy to access for replacement or removal). Light wear to buttons.
A little threadbare under the fold of the collar from the stain removal process, a little discolouration remains along the fold. Light watermark to the lining near the hem. No other apparent marks.
One moth-hole in the back, 5mm x 5mm. Some other minor moth damage to the shell (though the weave of the fabric hides it well, they aren’t proper holes but a bit threadbare); 2mm x 5mm near the front edge half way down, and 1mm x 1mm, 2mm x 2mm and 5mm x 8mm on left sleeve. The most noticeable flaw is a cluster of moth holes in the lining of the right pocket - see photos for flaws.

Excellent condition, seemingly unworn (still has it’s plastic tag pins in the neckline label). Has four small light smudges on the left chest panel (see close up photo). Otherwise no evident wear.
This coat should only require cleaning after 5 years of general use. Comes with care instructions and specialist cleaning rubber.
A 1980s take on the 1940s waistshirt dress with red tartan detailing and military vibes. It has the typical puffed and pleated short sleeves, gathered shoulder detail and welt pockets of a 1940's classic. It is clearly made later, around the 1980s, as indicated by the hidden zip front fastening, printed label and overlocked construction.
• This dress has pockets! Gotta love a dress with pockets. Not just that but double welt pockets with a tartan button loop!
• Contrast red tartan piping, belt and collar lining.

A tiny brown mark (1mm x 2mm) in the left side near the bottom.
Light 3mm mark between the fourth and 5th button.
A very light white mark on the back near the right side seam (3cm x 3.5mm).
A light liquid spill outline on the right below the collar (6mm x 2.7cm)
As small area of light discolouration on the right sleeve near the wrist tab (a slightly different shade of beige).
Comes with a belt. There are a few brown marks left on the belt from the worn leather buckle. The belt loops of which look to have been customised.
