Single-breasted pillar-box red and white striped blazer by Needene circa 1940s. This red wool jacket has a 1cm stripes of cream cotton thread. The shoulders are darted and padded with small wadding shoulder-pads which are concealed under the lining. The has something between a notched and clover label cut from a single piece of fabric with no seams on the lapel. The inside fully lined in red with a striped v-shaped panel below the collar mounted by a black and white printed 'Needene' label and loop for hanging. There is an oblong pocket at the front left hem. The front fastens with neatly bound buttonholes and four white pearly crazed buttons.
