A calf length quilted full black skirt by Pierre Elegante circa 1950s with all-over scalloped cord detail. This classic skirt is constructed from two layers of mid-century synthetic with black wadding between and decorated with black cord arranged in a scalloped patten. The waist fastens with a hook and black metal Lightning zip at the side seam. The calf length hem is finished on the inside with black cotton bias binding.
